Working on so many small, 1950’s homes, we’ve become experts at finding space where there isn’t any. This home features custom steel doors and windows with patterned privacy glass throughout. Two custom glass barn doors separate the craft room and home gym. Additional features include a kitchen with upgraded cabinets, a three-sided gas fireplace, split HVAC systems, and an outdoor double-sided stone fireplace complete with a jacuzzi and storage building.
