Phillip and I purchased this one story ranch style from our friends and neighbors in August 2020. Pretty much in its original condition, our vision was to modernize the home and open up the sight lines. We added the Jack & Jill bath and robbed the original dining room of just enough space to gain a spa-like master bath and walk in closet! High end finishes through out were the icing on the cake.
