This 1977 home came with some super unique original features, such as a 21 foot high rock fireplace with a matching wrap around bench in the living room. The new owners hired FTC to bring the living room and kitchen into the current century, so that’s what we did. We leveled out the sunken living room, removed all the rock and updated the kitchen with custom shaker cabinets and new quartz countertops.
